Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cup flour
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
1⁄2 teaspoon clove
•2 eggs
1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
3⁄4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup grated zucchini

Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla together. Add dry mixture to wet mixture, beat until smooth. Add zucchini. Bake @ 350 for 45 mins.
