Pineapple Stuffing

Amazingly simple but delicious side dish for a baked ham.
Serves: 6-8
Cooking Time: 45 mins
 
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
4 eggs
15 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
7-8 slices Arnold's Brick Oven white bread (remove crust and tear into pieces)

​Preheat oven to: 350º. Cream sugar and butter Add eggs and beat Add drained pineapple Add torn pieces of bread Pour into baking casserole

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until you see a golden brown top.
