Home made Fudge
From Judi Case

My recipe for fudge. Easy and everyone loves it. Basically you can follow the recipe on a can of sweetened condensed milk. I used to bring cookies and fudge to Andy when I lived next door.

Ingredients
One 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla pecans or walnuts if you like.

Directions
Grease a pan with butter probably eight by eight. Or line it with foil and then use the butter because it's easier to lift out. I like to melt the chips in the microwave it's easy and take out of microwave every few seconds and stir it.

Pour into the pan and let it cool. I have used white chocolate with dried cherries and walnuts which everyone really liked. You could also use peanut butter chips. You can use milk chocolate chips also. Sometimes you have to adjust the chocolate chips so that it's a little thicker.
